My daughter recommended us to use BB Home Delivery Specialists, as she had spoken to several companies for us and said that she was convinced that Stephen would give us the best service. Stephen visited us and spent a long time reassuring us that he and his team could do exactly what we were asking for, including delivering some items to our new home, some to our Son's garage/garden and some to the dump - saving us the cost and bother of a getting a skip. By the time he left we felt we had made a friend and didn't bother asking anyone else for a quote. All the way through the process Stephen kept in touch, ensuring us that nothing was too much trouble, and that he could help with anything we needed doing, including disposing of a very large, heavy sideboard that we were stuck with at the last minute. On the day of moving from Norfolk to Nottingham, he and his team were professional, friendly, well organised, and so helpful, we couldn't have asked for more. When we arrived at our new flat, they unloaded quickly, but without any fuss, especially when we were not sure where we wanted things to go (sorry guys!). They quickly set up chairs for us to sit on, while they put together beds and other items that had been taken apart for the journey. We cannot recommend Stephen and his team highly enough, for a stress free, easy and enjoyable process, that we never expected when we heard some of the stories other people had gone through. They say that moving house is one of the most stressful things to go through, but using BB Home Delivery Specialists took away a big chunk of that.

From the very first moment of meeting Stephen and Callum, your warm friendly nature has already put us at ease. Taking interest in our family and getting a feel for who we are. You were extremely informative of the whole process, asked questons, reassured us nothing was oo much trouble and offered us services regarding unwanted furnitrure. The visit wasn't rushed and we had all our questions answered. We felt yo had listened to our requirements and worries. Gaining people's trust is never easy but we wanted you to know that when you went out the door both myself and my husband had already decided yo were the company we wanted to use. We did have another company come over to quote but this was not at all personalble. It was cold, we felt rushed and we felt there were lots of unansdwered questions.
